SSZ-13 is a zeolite material with the same crystalline structure chabazite (CHA) -type aluminosilicate zeolite mineral but a silica-rich composition with a Si/Al ratio > 5, Its high amount of silica gives SSZ-13 less ion-exchange capability but exceptional thermal and chemical stability.SSZ-13 can be used for gas adsorption separation of small organic molecules, industrial waste gas treatment, air purification, hydrogen storage, and more.
