Description and Application:

Dechlorination catalyst is a new type of molecular sieve type dechlorination catalyst that uses Na₂O-Al₂O₃-SiO₂ as a component and is prepared using a single ball rolling process. It can effectively inhibit organic chlorine generation and green oil generation side reactions, and has strong adsorption capacity and large capacity characteristics.

It is mainly applicable to the removal of hydrogen chloride and a small amount of organic chloride from gaseous and liquid equivalent raw materials. CLR106 type dechlorination catalyst has the advantages of simple and convenient use, good purification, and high chlorine capacity.

Normal process conditions:

1.Operating pressure: normal pressure~4.0 MPa

2.Operating temperature: normal temperature~150℃   

3 .HCl content in the inlet: ≤5ppmw

4. HCl content in outlet gas：≤0.1/ppmw

5. The breakthrough chlorine capacity:≥6%

Composition:

Na₂O ≤20%、Al₂O₃ ≤30%、SiO₂ ≤50%
