The main features of the FM series of anthraquinone hydrogenation catalysts are the use of a patented formula and a special preparation process. This enables the catalysts to have a suitable surface structure and pore structure, improves the distribution of metallic palladium, and increases its dispersion. As a result, on the premise of having a longer lifespan than conventional catalysts, the FM series of anthraquinone hydrogenation catalysts have higher catalytic activity and selectivity, good stability, and a service life of 5 to 10 years.
Under the same conditions, the hydrogenation temperature of this catalyst is 5℃ to 10℃ lower than that of similar catalysts, which has an excellent energy - saving and consumption - reducing function. This catalyst has obtained two authorized Chinese invention patents.
