Description and Application:

KATALCOJM 71-6M shift catalyst is the fifth generation of iron chromium shift catalyst prepared by coprecipitation process with nitrate as raw material. By adding an appropriate amount of structural, electronic, and active additives, the microporous structure and pore distribution of the catalyst were improved, overcoming diffusion effects; Greatly reduces the water to gas ratio at the transformation inlet, while also slowing down the side reactions of Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis; The Dispersity of the active component was increased, and the sintering deactivation rate was slowed down. The synergistic effect of each component improves the heat resistance, sulfur resistance, mechanical strength, and low-temperature catalytic activity of the catalyst, extending its service life. 


KATALCOJM 71-6M type shift catalyst can be applied to processes such as hydrogen production, synthesis gas, ammonia synthesis, methanol synthesis, and CO shift in petrochemical industry. It is also suitable for various energy-saving processes using natural gas, naphtha, refinery gas, residual oil, and coal as raw materials. It has advantages such as good low-temperature activity, high strength, low sulfur content in the body, and good sulfur resistance.
