Description and Application:
Deep refining catalyst uses copper oxide and zinc oxide as the main active components; The addition of basic auxiliary copper oxide promotes the electron transfer efficiency of the desulfurization reaction, reduces the reaction activation energy, increases the reaction active center, and significantly improves the low-temperature activity and desulfurization accuracy of the desulfurization agent; The carrier alumina has porosity, high dispersion, high specific surface area, and good adsorption and thermal stability. SR116 type deep refining catalyst is mainly suitable for deep refining processes such as desulfurization, arsenic removal, phosphorus removal, and deoxidation of liquid hydrocarbon oil products, as well as for deep refining processes of synthesis gas. It has the characteristics of high strength, good arsenic and phosphorus removal effect, simple operation, and stable use performance.
The refining catalyst has been successfully applied to olefin units and synthesis gas units.
